Successful Project Management, like time management, will help to ensure that an organisation is applying its resources effectively and achieving results in a timely manner. This course has been designed to provide an individual with the necessary skills for effective project planning, the recognition of the different elements of a project and successful Project Management.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
This course will benefit all those whose role involves direct project or task management and those who manage people who have this direct responsibility.

The content of all MPCG courses may be tailored to suit your individual needs: - Principles of Project Management- Managing Change in an organisation - Leadership- Building the team - The planning process- Scope and planning - Defining roles and responsibilities- Project tools - Controlling the project- Monitor and review - Action plans
WHAT WILL THE COURSE ACHIEVE?
Those completing the course will acquire the underpinning knowledge to plan effectively for project design and change implementation in their organisation. They will develop skills to apply the recognised tools to lead and manage projects and become proficient at measuring progress towards their identified milestones. Participants will also learn how to conduct project reviews and report progress to their managers and customers.
